3. What equipment will you be carrying on your van when you arrive?
Our vans are fully equipped with all of the latest state of the art equipment for drain blockages, CCTV drains surveys and most plumbing projects. Our vans are plain white with no sign writing on - this is due to the equipment on board being worth thousands of pounds so, by advertising this could mean our vans become targets to crime. Please do not be alarmed when we arrive in a unwritten van. We know the London Area extremely well and with todays technology, we can find you and resolve your drain problems quickly.

4. Do I have to continue with the job if I don't like the quote given?
If you call us and the quote we give is not better than any of our competitors, you can simply refuse the work to start. We know our prices are very good and are confident we will not be beaten on price or quality of work.

5. How can I confirm your service is fully insured?
Our drain and plumbing engineers will show you our public liability insurance prior to starting the job. All our engineers are experienced, qualified and fully trained, not only in drain and plumbing services, but also in customer care.

6. I'm concerned about calling after office hours (i.e. during the night)
Don't be concerned about calling during the night - we have had clients who call at all times of the night, so contacting us early in the morning with a burst pipe or blocked drain is an everyday practice for us.

7. How long on average do you take to arrive from the call?
It could take us 10 minutes or 2 hours, depending on the area you are from. When you call, the manager will give you an estimated time of arrival. Our response times are good, so rest assured we will be there A.S.A.P. and on arrival we will carry out our dutiesas quickly and effectively as possible, also communicating with you as we fix or clean your blocked drains.
